Course Description

Make your business stand out! When you start a new business, you need to become visible and attractive to your target customers. What do you do to catch their attention? What do you need to tell them so they will want to try your product or service? This in-depth series will provide a comprehensive answer to all of your marketing questions. The first two sessions discuss product, price, promotions, place and the interplay and timing of these functions to help you know who your customers are and how to reach them effectively. The next five sessions focus on how you can improve your promotional and mass marketing efforts by choosing the right kind of media (such as direct mail, internet or print) and creating powerful promotions that will grab your customer’s attention. You will also learn how to evaluate your marketing programs. The last session is focused on personal selling and business marketing. You will learn how to effectively approach and build long-term relationships with your business clients.
